Beginning his career journey with MNP in a series of developmental positions over seven years, Kurtis built a solid foundation in HR dynamics. This foundational knowledge allowed him to escalate into managerial positions, with stints at Alberta Health Services and Lethbridge School District 51, showcasing his depth in policy implementation and talent nurturing.
As the Director of People Services at Lethbridge & District Exhibition, Kurtis played an integral role in one of Lethbridge's monumental development projects. This position showcased his visionary approach to HR, seeing it as a tool for substantial societal and economic growth.

Kiana is an alumni of the Lethbridge College Business Administration program where she earned a General Business diploma. Following college she transferred to the University of Lethbridge to complete a Bachelor of Management from the Dhillon School of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Labour Relations.
Kiana has a passion for working with people to deliver the most ideal solutions in the workplace.
