Eddy is an alumnus of the Lethbridge Polytechnic, where he earned a diploma in Business Management. Following college, he transferred to the University of Lethbridge to pursue a Bachelor of Management degree from the Dhillon School of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Labour Relations. Prior to joining UpSourced HR, Eddy gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant Intern. He also honed his customer service skills through various roles at Enterprise.
