The Approved Employer Distinction is awarded to employers who have undergone and have successfully received a minimum of 80% on our HR Audit program. The UpSourced HR Audit focuses on the following functional areas of HR:

Your organization’s HR practices will be compared against legislative requirements and HR Best Practices to ensure that they meet or exceed those requirements. An action plan will be developed for any deficiencies identified to ensure your organization can close any gaps.

Organizations will receive a certificate of achievement and use of our “Approved Employer” distinction in the year in which they conducted their audit. Continued developments in the area of legislation, case law, and best practices requires employers to be continuously updating their HR programs.
